Karla Nivens is an author, speaker, singer, and diversity strategist with thirty years of experience in nonprofit, church, and worship leadership. She graduated from Texas Tech University and has enjoyed serving in diverse roles. At Highland Park United Methodist Church, she served as a leader in worship and dedicated years to building a justice ministry. Nivens is obtaining a master’s in theology from Southern Methodist University and co-founded Karla Nivens Entertainment, an organization dedicated to shaping culture for God’s kingdom. Through her podcast, “Every Heart Every Woman,” and her YouTube channel, Karla Nivens Entertainment, she produces content to help leaders discover servant leadership skills, foster creativity in problem-solving, and build integrity and confidence.
